Law Office of Jeff Green Actively Investigating Valsartan Usage and Cancer Link

Valsartan is a medication that is used to treat high blood pressure and heart failure. An investigation into this medication was prompted when the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) issued a voluntary recall of the product in July of 2018. Impurities in the manufacturing process of the drug may be linked to consumers diagnosis of cancer.

The FDA indicated that there may be a known human carcinogen, N-Nitrosodimethylamine (NDMA) , in some of the batches of Valsartan that were bottled and sold to consumers. Carcinogens are substances that are known to cause cancer.

If you or someone you know has been diagnosed with cancer after using the drug, Valsaratan for one year or more, you may have a claim against the manufacturer of the drug.

Our firm’s investigation of these claims relates to:

    • Stomach Cancer

    • Cancer of the Small Intestine
